Complimentary Usage Credit. Customer will receive a one-time credit equal to ten (10) minutes of Operator AI usage, which will be applied against Customer's first invoice for Operator AI services.
Billing During Initial Period. Operator AI services will be billed in accordance with the pricing set forth in the applicable Order Form beginning on the Service activation date. Customer shall be responsible for all subscription fees and usage charges incurred, less the complimentary usage credit described above.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. Customer may terminate the Operator AI subscription within thirty (30) days following Service activation (the "Guarantee Period") if dissatisfied with the Service. To exercise this right, Customer must provide written notice of cancellation or dissatisfaction by emailing support@fieldpulse.com prior to the expiration of the Guarantee Period. Upon timely receipt of such notice, FieldPulse will:
- Refund all Operator AI subscription fees and usage charges paid by Customer during the Guarantee Period, including any amounts billed in excess of the complimentary ten (10) minute usage credit;
- Terminate the Operator AI subscription effective immediately; and
- Waive and cancel any remaining contractual commitment, minimum spend obligation, future recurring fees, early termination fees, or other charges associated with the remainder of the Operator AI term.
The refund provided under this section shall be Customer's sole and exclusive remedy under the 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
Continuation After Guarantee Period. If Customer does not provide written notice of cancellation or dissatisfaction during the Guarantee Period, the Operator AI subscription shall remain in effect for the remainder of the applicable term set forth in the Order Form and shall be governed by the pricing, payment, and other obligations contained in the Agreement and applicable Order Form.
Exclusions. This 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee applies only to new Operator AI subscriptions and may not be combined with any other trial, promotional, or refund offer unless expressly approved by FieldPulse in writing.
